Please supervise your cat during play, especially during the first few uses. Stop using the product if it becomes damaged, broken, or unsafe. Do not allow pets to chew or swallow any part of the product, charging cable, packaging, or accessories.

If the product includes a treat compartment, please use small dry treats or kibble only. Do not use wet, sticky, oversized, or unsafe food items.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate billing, shipping, and contact information. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if there is a pricing error, payment issue, suspected fraud, incorrect shipping information, or product availability issue.

We aim to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Shipping times may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, holidays, weather, or other factors outside our control.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Joypet is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Because Joypet products are pet products and may come into contact with treats, kibble, pet hair, or saliva, returned products must meet our return conditions. We reserve the right to refuse returns that are heavily used, damaged, dirty, missing parts, or not in acceptable return condition.
